Education Requirements
Required:
- Currently pursuing OR recently completed (within 1 year) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- OR equivalent coursework/bootcamp in digital marketing
Nice to Have:
- Free certifications: Google Analytics Skillshop, HubSpot Academy (Inbound Marketing)
- Coursework in digital marketing, product management, market research
Experience Requirements
Minimum:
- 0-1 prior internships in marketing, business, or related fields OR relevant coursework projects OR personal projects (blog, social media, content creation portfolio)
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Marketing club member or business competition participant
- Created content for student organizations or personal brands
- Conducted market research for class projects
- Used social media platforms for promotional purposes
- Strong writing samples (blog posts, social media content, essays)
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Social Media: Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Content Creation: Basic copywriting, presentation design (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva)
- Research: Google search, competitive analysis, reading industry reports
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (even basic)
- Used Canva or similar design tools
- Created videos (even phone videos for social media)
- Basic understanding of SEO or email marketing concepts
You will learn:
- Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- SaaS metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
- Product positioning frameworks

Key Responsibilities (With Mentorship)
Phase 1: Learn the Product (Weeks 1-2)
- Learn assigned product with mentorship from Product Manager, conduct competitive research with provided frameworks, draft customer personas using templates, present findings to leadership for feedback
Phase 2: Contribute to GTM Strategy (Weeks 3-4)
- Assist senior marketer in developing pricing recommendations, write landing page copy drafts (reviewed and edited by mentor), create social media content calendar with guidance, draft video scripts using provided templates
Phase 3: Execute Content with Support (Weeks 5-7)
- Produce videos using Nebusis® automation tools (training provided), publish social media posts (approved by mentor), monitor engagement metrics and report findings, respond to comments and messages (guidance provided)
Phase 4: Support Launch Activities (Weeks 8-10)
- Assist in early adopter outreach (scripts provided), schedule demo calls and coordinate with team, track leads and engagement in CRM (training provided), present final results report to leadership
Deliverables (Supported by Mentorship)
- Draft customer persona documents (reviewed by mentor)
- Competitive analysis summary (template provided)
- Landing page copy drafts (edited by senior marketer)
- 3 video scripts (reviewed before production)
- Social media content calendar (30+ posts planned)
- 3 marketing videos (using automated tools)
- List of early adopter prospects (minimum 10 contacts)
- Final presentation of results and learnings
Success Metrics
- Complete all assigned tasks on time
- Produce quality work with mentorship feedback
- Show improvement in marketing skills throughout program
- Generate minimum 10 leads for pilot prospects
- Deliver final presentation showcasing learnings
